The project in Sultanbeyli is a complete meeting point for the people of the region. Considering this purpose and situation, a large square area was designed at the entrance and the green areas were directed on both sides of this area.

In the project, which emphasizes architectural verticality with cypress trees, shops and cafe fronts are limited with border plants. In the open car park located in the rear section, the car park is afforested.

In the interior spaces, a separate flowerpot and plant layout is formed on each floor. Bonzai and water items, especially on the lower floor, are almost like a sitting and resting area for the users in this section.
