Maçka Residency is located in the A and C blocks above the penthouse apartments, which is a block of houses; A is designed to be a place of business.

In the residential garden on the C block, every greenfield species such as olive trees, bamboo trees, ball chimes, phormiums were preferred. The sculptures used in this area are also other elements that support the landscape.
