Metropol Istanbul is a prestigious mixed-use project located right next to the Istanbul Finance Center.

The building consists of 3 skyscrapers rising on a podium where shops and offices, meeting rooms, dining and parking facilities are located. One of the features of Metropol Istanbul is its shopping area which extends 400 meters in the middle of the podium. This area is designed to be fashionable, like fashion show podium, providing direct access to luxury brands.

In the landscaping project designed as a catwalk that supports these features, a bonzai exhibition area, resting and living areas, arts square, children’s play areas are arranged. Metropol Istanbul is a candidate for theLEED Green Building Certificate.
